believe it!!!!

skipping your breakfast will lead to obesity!!!!!

i got this news from my lect...something new that i dont realise it..she said that"for your information,skipping breafast will lead to obesity..this is because let say that you ate your last meal at 8pm and after that you skip your breakfast and you take lunch at 12pm..this is a long period..your body and than will set that you will starving and automatically they set to lower your metabolism and tand to store as much energy(food) to back up later..after take another meal let say lunch,your energy(food) storage will be double and as you maintain to skip your breakfast in a long time,this will lead to obesity..




actually you have to eat accordingly ( breakfast,lunch and also dinner but in small amount) so that your body can use all energy at each meal that you take...
